« This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At...

« Etablissement très décevant et une installation plus que difficile : - hôtel sans réceptionniste (porte à code) saut que le code ne nous avait pas été fourni et il a fallu une demi-heure pour joindre quelqu'un et obtenir enfin ce code... et à minuit cela ne fait pas rire ! - un emménagement à minuit dans une chambre qui sentait fort la cigarette et où la température était proche de zéro. Cela s'explique puisqu'il gelait à l'extérieur, la fenêtre était ouverte pour évacuer l'odeur de cigarette et...

« Simple, très efficace, peu cher et au delà du convenable, ces logements sont idéaux pour passer quelques nuits dans le coin pour visiter les villes aux alentours. Les équipements peuvent varier selon le type de chambre choisie, néanmoins il est possible d'avoir plus que le minimum syndical pour le plus bas forfait. Moderne, propre, accessible, proche des commodités. Nota benne : Ceux qui ne sont pas fan des oreillers fins, pensez à prendre les vôtres. C'est peut-être le seul bémol que je trouve...

« ALL the pictures on Expedia show a room with a beautiful bathroom. Amenities show, hairdryers, wardrobes, daily housekeeping. One would ASSUME that a shower and/or tub was included!! ALL the pictures on Expedia show that. I had a room with a toilet and sink. The shower was down the hall and shared by the floor. Unacceptable!! This needs to be established in the description before one books. »

« Schöner geht nicht mehr!!! Bitte probiert und bucht es … man kann es nicht beschreiben, so schön ist es dort! Abends den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus genießen und morgens im Bett liegen und den Sonnenaufgang sehen, das ist schon wundervoll genug. Aber der gesamte Komfort auf dem Hausboot, der Ofen am Abend , die Ruhe auf dem Wasser, in meinen Augen geht es nicht besser und der erholungsfaktor setzt schon nach wenigen Minuten ein. Einfach machen !!! »
