"Clean room in a quiet, charming hotel. Great breakfast options! However, problems with leaking shower, towels not delivered and lack of storage space for luggage, clothing and significant problems with parking dampened the experience. The town of Bunyola is quiet, safe and friendly as well as close to west-coast experiences on the island. Was great fun to be there during the '26 World Cup -- could really feel the pride of everyone!"

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package and it is well worth it - delicious and huge portions! We also loved the pool area and used it almost everyday of our stay. Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend!"
