Pleasant experience all around. Shower slide handle was broken. Breakfast spread was complete, but lacking in flavor (instant eggs and feeble sausages. Skip breakfast and go to Bodos Bagels next door!

The hotel is gorgeous with plenty of amenities. Shawn at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and arranged a late check out for us when our flight was delayed until the evening. Shawn was always welcoming and smiling.
