Pool not heated, which was told after booking. Hot tub not working not advised until late evening before checking in. Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. Outdoor water sports were great but gets dark so early not able to utilize for long. Kitchen area was fantastic and set up is great for large group.
