The room was pretty clean, mostly comfortable for the price, a little noisy but manageable. I’d stay again for the convenience to airport & highways.

The airport shuttle was the biggest highlight of this property. Very convenient. The property seemed to have renovations going on and the entire lobby seemed to be missing paint. The property is dated but modern enough for a quick stay. Would recommend for the price and location.

The hotel was dated, in a rough area and with the outside entrances, it did not feel safe. The room had new flooring, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible. Not your typical breakfast that many hotels now offer. We went to Cracker Barrel.

Older Hotel. Staff, Shuttle, and Lobby were all amazing. Room and Outside grounds ran down, was ran down. Property in need of landscaping, paint, and re-pavement of parking lot. There’s a gas station and restaurant waiting walking distance if you are staying for a flight layover. Additional note, Cracker Barrel next door provided slow help and bad food.

Convenient place near the Charlotte airport. Microwave, mini fridge and TV provided. When lights are turned out, the room is vibrant and bright I color. Free breakfast every morning and on site video surveillance. Would stay at this hotel again.

I would've rated a bit higher, but a roach was crawling on dresser just as we were about to check out. The laundry room had ONE super old washing machine and ONE dryer that took quarters. Other than that, the staff was nice.
