Be one of our first guests at this amazing 3 level home with private heated pool and hot tub! The exterior of the home is all about entertaining! Off the main level you have a nice covered seating area with just fantastic views of Lake Norman and then off the lower level, tons of options! Jump in the pool or hot tub - lounge around the pool and take in the sun or head out on the water as we have a private dock with an on dock seating area plus an assortment of lake toys including 4 kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard! For those crisp nights, take in the lake views at our lakeside firepit - firewood provided! As you enter the home, immediately take in the great views of Lake Norman! On the main floor you'll find the kitchen and dining areas as well as a nice sitting space just inside the front door. On those cooler evenings, turn on the main floor living room fireplace and relax! The main floor also has the primary bedroom with full bath, a guest room and a powder room. Head upstairs to the newly created bunk room that includes a total of 5 beds and has a full bath - a great spot! As you head to the lower level, you'll find a second family room with a full second kitchen plus two King bedrooms - both with full en-suite bathrooms.....and then the fun begins! Head into the game room where you'll find an arcade style Skeeball and classic sit down arcade! Interested in renting a pontoon boat? Contact us for optional boat rental details as our partner will deliver the Tritoon to the dock - super convenient! Multiple day rental will be required, length varies by time of year. It is ideal for large family gatherings with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy if they want. That said, it was just our family of 5 for this stay. We enjoyed the pool, arcade, kayaks, ping pong table, fire pit, cooking meals on the grill, and lounging on the comfy couches in the family room. The property management team is also top notch. They are proactive and available if an issue arises. I got the sense they truly want you to enjoy your stay. All in all, it was a great trip and before we left my wife and kids were asking when we could come back. I can give this property and management team 5 stars without any hesitation. ##### Joseph W.
