With your own boat ramp and lots of room for family and friends, you will enjoy making special memories to last a lifetime! The expansive rear deck is perfect for sitting and enjoying your morning cup of coffee or spending your summer evenings sipping sweet tea & taking in the views of the lake. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the lake! This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, with the 2nd living quarters in the finished lower level, where you'll find a 2nd kitchen, an additional bedroom, a full bath, a living room, and a game room. Your lake access boat ramp is just to the right of the house! Upon entering Kool Breeze, the open-concept living space is immediately evident and inviting. On the main level, there is a large dining area with an extendable table, seating 8\. The living room has a large TV & 2 comfy couches where you can relax and enjoy a game while also taking in the fantastic lake views. The fully stocked kitchen, features new countertops, is adjacent to the living room with an island and seating for two. Off the kitchen, you'll find a screened-in porch with a TV and seating for six. Grab your seat and check out the morning views of the lakeside. A second deck is the perfect set-up with a table and grill for an evening family BBQ. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a luxurious king bed. Across the house, there are two more bedrooms featuring king beds in each, suited with plush comforters and pillows. A shared hall bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The lower level is where the fun and games begin! Here is where you'll find a game room, family room, and second kitchen. Parking Details: Maximum of 5 cars is allowed onsite. No parking on grass or street. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Enjoyed the cleanliness of all the rooms, and the labels for each light switch was very helpful and took the guess work out too. This was our first time there, and we had our Thanksgiving meal there. Plenty of room for our family of 5 including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living space, and 2 kitchens made cooking a breeze. Thank you for all the cookware and serving plates. Everything was exactly as listed, and there was no detail left behind.It was nice to be away from the city, it was soo peaceful and quiet. What a great place to relax and enjoy family. Kool Breeze was ideal! It was super clean and just as advertised on the website. We had a great time and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor areas as well as the 2 kayaks. The online pictures do not tell the whole story. This was a perfect mid-lake location set back in a beautiful cove. The house was great for our family reunion - it had something for everyone. The home came with two kayaks and a swim platform, which all of the boys liked (ages 10-14). The home also had a brand new hot tub, which the kids loved! The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a double bunk room downstairs with a large tv room. This was perfect for all the boys to watch their tv downstairs. This home worked really well for our family of 4 and our sons' friends. ##### henrietta r.
