I did not use the gym or pool or eat breakfast…..but the room was spotless, tv worked and was quiet (rm 413). But I especially want to point out the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly! I was there 2 nights and everyone was very responsive. I want to point out Dylan who went above and beyond in helping me! Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel did not understand the room rate that I received from Expedia, but they finally accepted it. Website shows all rooms have tubs — but our room did not have a tub (and my wife dislikes showers). Pool was out of order and unusable. AC was functioning poorly and required augmentation AC units in the breakfast area and on the floors. Breakfast was quite acceptable.

I’m was in a great handicap room with ease! Near the back entrance of the building and was well agreeable to have my dog who was very friendly and comfortable to sit in room when I step away. I put is doggy pad down and diaper on. He was on the bed sleeping like he would be at home with cartoons playing. I will stay again Wine that I have my brother and sister n law
