It’s an old building so naturally it’s noisy but the front desk delivered a box fan at our request which helped a ton! Our room was even better than we thought it was going to be: very spacious and comfortable. We checked in late at 11:00pm without any issues as someone is there 24 hours a day. It was advertised as each studio having a balcony or patio but no. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and we enjoyed it even without balcony. The building is older so you could hear the people walking back and forth in the room above us. The staff was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the location was awesome. Had a great week here, even though a snowstorm shut the city down for three days. We stayed in a studio, #211 and were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a gas fireplace. It was nicely equipped for two people for a one week stay. We did hear people walking in the room above us, and sometimes music from the restaurant below. Comcast internet was extremely spotty to non-existent. Also, while there are two big screen TVs, the cable box does not provide an HD signal.
