Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner was always quick. Jamie was very easy to work with. The parking permit is a plus and nice to have a dedicated place to park. The courtyard area was so nice and we saw people daily cleaning the fountains, blowing leaves off the walkways, etc. It was very clean and well-kept. There is construction on a building right by the property so there was construction noise each morning at 7 am; this has nothing to do with the owners or the property - but just a heads up in case you are staying here in the near future. We were so pleased with the accommodations inside and out. Our unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The outside might have been even better with a courtyard and wrap around porches.
