Enjoy this spacious 2nd floor villa with a large bedroom and a bonus room that can be used as a second bedroom or work space. Expansive dining area windows offer views of the lagoon and live oaks. Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances; bathroom is tastefully updated. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. WiFi and flat screen smart TVs throughout. Expansive bedroom and living area invite you to relax after a day on the beach, tennis court or golf course. The villa has 2 parking spaces. One pet under 35 pounds is welcome in the villa. A $75 non-refundable pet deposit is required. The house was clean, spacious, and a great place to stay off the beaten path. Martin was a wonderful host and checked in on us periodically throughout the trip. Loved having the bikes. First day we took the wagon and beach chairs. Next few days we just rode the bikes to the beach. It was so nice to have everything we needed without having to bring anything.
