A perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort for your Charleston stay. The Space: This space is the second story unit of a house, and comes with a private balcony! The unit is a 2 bedroom, with 1 full bath. Bedroom #1: King size bed, closet, and TV Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, closet, and TV Queen Air Mattress + Additional Bedding (Available upon request) → Decorated by local Charleston designer → Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you should need! → Washer and dryer are within unit PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30/24 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project. The listing was updated about the construction so we expected that but it was loud so be cautious if you have light sleepers. The street was also closed most of our stay and the water was shut off for a short period one day, but that was not known to the owner and they quickly spoke with the construction crew to ask when it would be back on which was great to see the quick action. The only issue we had was the comforter/sheets were really disgusting so we had to request new ones, which the owner quickly got them swapped out. Just was not expecting a cleaning company to use a comforter with a giant stain on it. The property is located close to the freeway and the noises are quite loud.2\. There is a major construction project happening across the street that begins there work at 6:30am each morning. It is very loud as well.3\. When we arrived our parking spot was taken and we were directed to "block in" the vilolating car if we wanted to. This is an issue for the property management and not to pull a guest into the situation.4\. The refrigerator broke half way through our stay. ##### Brent B.
