Just one block from King St; Recognized with 5 Carolopolis Awards and the SC Governor’s Award for Historic Restoration, this retreat offers a premier location perfect for families or groups seeking an authentic Charleston experience. \*Please Note there are Two Spiral Staircases leading to the unit, May be an issue for people with mobility issues \* Bedroom 1 – King bed, spacious closet, computer/dressing table, and tasteful decor. Although not used, all kitchen essentials present. Wish we had time to unwind in the courtyard. Not an issue for us but be aware of the spiral staircase to the door. The spriral staircase to this unit is fine - but if you have mobility issues or plan on drinking - too much - this could be dangerous! We loved it! ##### Dana M.
