This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

The apartment was super clean, had comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance to many restaurants. Was perfect for our group of 5! Would definitely stay here again.
Our family of four stayed here for my daughters destination wedding in beautiful Charleston. Great location, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, clean and great communication with the Host. I would recommend this place
It was a delight to stay at this beautiful VRBO home. It was close to all downtown attractions. Parking was great. Jamie was very helpful to us. Thank you.
This was such a cute place. Perfect for a couple of college friends to stay and explore Charleston. On the north end of King Street, it was a good place to begin exploring the city. Clean and comfortable. Close to a few coffee places. Enjoyed our stay!
We loved our time here -- the perfect size for a couples getaway. The unit was clean (which is the most important things for me when looking for a place) and the beds were comfy. Jamie was also highly communicative and allowed us to check in early. It's at the north end of King street, so it is a 20 minute walk or a quick uber ride to most dinners. There's also some great spots nearby. Would certainly stay here again.
Beautiful house in Charleston! The inside was pristine and updated throughout! The property management team was awesome and accommodating! The house was fully stocked of essentials, sheets, blankets, pillows and towels! Very central to many local food and drink spots. Hope to stay again in the future!!
We were a party of 6 staying for a long weekend for our son's graduation from The Citadel. The condo is walking distance from King Street and minutes from downtown Charleston. The beds were all very comfortable, the condo was spacious and well appointed, and had all the amenities we needed (coffee, detergent, shampoo, iron, etc.). We especially loved the front porch! Jamie was also very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
Love love love this place. Spacious. Elegant. Comfortable. Pricey but worth it! We will return to the St Phillips Square lodging. No question. Oh did I mention parking?!?! Just great. Thanks Jamie for a great stay.
Excellent property walking distance to most everything in Charleston. Large unit which worked out great for us with 6 adults and a dog. Will definitely stay here again!
The property was very well stocked, was in a great location and had great outdoor shared spaces. The host was very accommodating. We would stay here again next time we are in Charleston.
I came here with a group of girlfriends and we so enjoyed our stay. The place itself is so nice, chic, and clean and you really can’t beat the location. Great communication with the host as well, would absolutely stay here again.
My husband and two older kids (20 & 15) stayed here on our way to the beach for vacation. We loved the location of this place and how cute and clean it was! It was nice giving our kids their own rooms, too, (equipped with something other than a twin bed)which can be hard to find. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Charleston.
St. Phillips square was the perfect place for visiting Charleston. The location is perefect for walking to restaurants and shops on King Street or College of Charleston. Beds were great, nice extras provided- makeup wipes, steamer, shampoo, etc. - property manager was very helpful and available. We highly recommend this property.
The St. Philip Square area is really attractive and uses space very well. Our unit was well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but functional. The location is convenient to King's Street and quite a few good restaurants and bars. It is a bit of a walk to the battery and/or the boat docks for the water tours, but the walks go through some really interesting areas. We would stay again.
This home was so comfortable for our group of 6. Plenty of bathrooms and common space so we did not feel on-top of each other. We made full use of the kitchen and patio, everything worked like a dream! The small touches like makeup wipes in all the bathrooms was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, especially if you’re looking for night life as it was an quick walk to King st.
