"The rental unit was as described and was very spacious with lots of room for our family to stay. Being an upper floor unit with slanted ceilings you just have to remember not to hit your head. There is a good amount of stairs that could be troublesome for older clients. But all and all, we had a great stay"

"I booked this place on December 21st 2025 from my journey from Toronto to Saskatchewan. The highways were closed that day and I was stuck in Chapleau, ON. Was on the road since 4am and at 2:55pm (jiet before check in time, I booked 1 night. I got a notification 5 minutes later that highways have reopened so I ended up continuing my journey. I tried to cancel at 3:05pm the same day but no response. I left voicemail, email and even contacted a specialist at expedia. They told expedia that they are not going to refund at all. Crazy! Took my $101.54! "
