Ground Floor: You’ll enjoy the spacious living room, with its fully equipped open kitchen. Two bedrooms, each featuring a 160cm x 200cm bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor, a third bedroom, also featuring a 160 cm × 200 cm bed. You’ll have access to a balcony where you can admire the sunsets over Chaource. On the second floor, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a 140 cm × 190 cm bed, and a fifth bedroom with four 90 cm × 190 cm single beds—perfect for children during family reunions or gatherings with friends. A full bathroom with a toilet completes this floor. The cottage features a terrace adjoining the house, complete with patio furniture and a parasol. The fenced-in property allows you to fully enjoy the wooded area. A garage is available for your use.
