Yiayia's Place is well set in the quiet part of the Koum Kapi area, 100 meters from the beach, next to the center of Chania Town, and features a balcony with seating. 3-10 minute walk from tons of coffee shops, restaurants & shopping. The air-conditioned house consists of 5 bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, mini-bar, and 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. Home is located 15-20 minute drive from the airport.

#### Lovely place with a fantastic location

We had 2 families (8 of us) rent this lovely place. It is located walking distance to everything but a little off the beaten track so it was nice and quiet. The highlight is the host! He is so wonderfully responsive and not only met us late in the evening when we arrived, but also gave us multitude of recommendations, responded to all our questions quickly and went out of his way to do little things such as providing beach towels and even sending a left behind item to us! Loved being there and thankful for the help provided.
