Horrible sejour dans une chambre sombre et bruyant

Après avoir réservé une chambre Deluxe en étage , on nous a donné sur place une chambre standard en rdc donnant sur la porte d'entrée et a coté de l'escalier car l'hotel était complet .. Après plusieurs discutions telephoniques avec le gérant pour protester car il ne voulait pas nous rembourser , on a obtenu 20% de reduction sur 4 nuits ... notre sejour a été gaché car impossible d ouvrir le seul rideau de la chambre qui donnait sur l'entrée des autres chambres ... sans compter le bruit des gens montant et descendant l'escalier de bois tard le soir ou tot le matin ... si vous reservez dans cet hotel de 5 chambres fuyez les 2 du rdc et ne faites surtout pas confiance au gerant .En plus il y a moins cher et beaucoup mieux a La canée comme la suite de notre voyage nous l'a montré ...

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely private garden to sit in. It is on the edge of the old town in a fantastic position for restaurants and shops. Each room has a coffee machine and the beds are huge and extremely comfy.
