Family run. You can tell that you are a valued guest from the moment you arrive. Simple rooms but very clean and comfortable. Excellent for a stop for the night! Friendly conversations and smiles abound!

The owner was very nice and even let us check in when we arrived past the check-in time. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hotel is so close to the highway that it’s a perfect place to stop over. Would absolutely recommend it.

This is our second stay at King's inn and it was perfect. Great location right off of I-90- updated rooms and comfortable beds. The room was very clean and quiet. We slept so well. I would highly recommend this place for either a quick overnight like we did or a longer stay if needed.

For a nondescript motor lodge hotel out in the middle of BFE (but conveniently located near the interstate) it was well cared for, clean and comfortable for my husband and I and our Jack Russell. Definitely staying here again on the way through instead of bunking down in a bigger city.

Check-in was incredibly easy and very family friendly Owner. Very clean. Very simple and just what I needed to stay for the night. Was not looking for a pool or hot tub and all of that sort of thing. Just needed a decent place to crash and this was more than decent. I would definitely stay here again.
