"il b&b appare un po' isolato. La struttura è molto grande. Decentemente curata anche se potrebbe esserlo di più.la camera che avevamo prenotato aveva l'aria condizionata guasta e ci hanno dato un'altra struttura molto più grande.Il letto purtroppo non era comodissimo e il bagno andrebbe rinfrescato. "The location of the property is the top notch, overlooking the Rome in distance. The morning and night views were simply gorgeous. The property itslef is grande but not well maintained in some specific areas. Overall, I was glad that I found this property as an option outside yet not far away from Rome and will recommend it to my friends but will set their expectation right as well. "

"The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. The indoor pools had messaging water jets and the saunas were so spacious and clean. Additionally, the free hotel activities like riding through town on E-bikes were an absolute blast! I was fortunate to have Davide from the hotel show me around town and he was incredibly friendly and even showed me great spots to eat in town that only locals know about. I was here for 3 days and I can surely say I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriend with me. This hotel was an incredibly mature spot, with a gourmet restaurant and minimal kids, so there was never a time I was annoyed by another guest."

"While housekeeping kicked in day two, room had mosquitoes and we got bit terribly, internet connection was almost nonexistent, breakfast was one coffee+ croissant (How is this buffet breakfast), the people next room had their TV on all night long, there is no front desk until 2pm and she leaves at 8pm( when she is there, she is excellent, friendly, helpful- thank you for everything) don’t fall for shuttle..it is private car and charges 70 euros, housekeeping people are ok, room, bed- ok, bathroom ok. If you need a place to stay clean and have no luggage it is ok. But for 85 euros a night it is not worth it."
