It is a good location and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. However the listing photos must be of the nicest apartment as there was broken furniture, patchy paint job, and dirty areas throughout the place. The owners were also difficult and slow to communicate check-in process and address a situation of only one towel in the place for four people.
With better maintenance, cleaning, supplies and communication this would have been a much better review.
