The beach is great and close by! The trees near the property have grown taller so we didn't really have an ocean view from the backyard deck - primary bedroom balcony upstairs had a good ocean view. When we arrived we were welcomed with flowers and a box of candy. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. We appreciated that the house was fully stocked with every household item and convenience we could imagine. There were plenty of paper and cleaning products, more than enough dishes, utensils, and glassware, and a seemingly endless supply of linens and towels. Additionally, there were multiple beach chairs available for our use. There is a great backyard with a grill, abundant seating and a lovely view of the water. There is a short walk to a beautiful private beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Inside there are all modern appliances. There is high top seating in the kitchen and there is a separate eating area with large windows overlooking the backyard. The dinning room has a large table and a separate area off of the dining room is well suited for chess and reading. The living room has a large screen TV and comfortable seating. There are six bedrooms (one on the first floor and five on the second floor) which were well appointed and accommodated our six adults and four children. Overall this home exceeded our already high expectations and was a perfect stay for our family. ##### Robert K. The home is spectacular, lots of rooms and bathrooms, immaculate , beautifully furnished and a well equipped gourmet kitchen. There is nothing we would change and the private beach with an easy walk was the topping on cake. We have been renting homes on the cape for 9 years and this was by far the best.
