The 360 Charming 3-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in welcoming Centennial

8/10 Good
"We only had four people (two adults, two kids) stay here so there was a lot of room to be had. We felt like it was perfect for a group of skiers, hunting groups, or hikers as it was really close to Snowy Range / Medicine Bow. The kitchen, living room, and huge deck were just great. Having a couple of AC units there was a big selling point for us since it was very hot during our stay. There were a few things that needed fixing - the plumbing was quite bad, unfortunately. The sinks consistently had lots of air in the lines and explosions of water (while washing hands, etc.) were frequent. We'd literally have water on our shirts and pants. The two toilets were also small and very weak - should be replaced. There was no shampoo or bars of soap provided for the shower but we brought some just in case. The owners were very responsive and responded quickly to our requests/questions. All in all, we thought it was geared more toward a group of 6 or 7 twenty or thirty somethings that needed a stay close to all the mountains had to offer."
