"Responsive host accommodated our late arrival. Very clean place with a nice view and has all of the amenities you need. We loved the nice shower with nice water pressure and heat! Pretty close to Ceiba, a bit of a distance from the ferry, so make sure to rent a car or get a taxi. Gated community, and it was quiet!"

"Ocean pool is ok, P island sucked, waterpark was amazing and great but room was so dirty, hair in showers, no water in room, bed was wet when I git into the room. Staff was slightly nice. Like nice we need your money but we hate you. Very rude! And manager was an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I saw the warnings on all platforms and still came to this horrible place!! "

"The Sea Gate Hotel was a wonderful place for us to stay and enjoy Vieques! We shared a huge balcony with our friends and that provided a big space to hang out together. The balcony literally always had a refreshing breeze and the views of the town, mountain and sea were so amazing! The rooms are older and provide everything you need with a kitchen area and a bedroom with a bathroom. The bed was soft and comfortable- appreciate that amazing memory foam mattress! Kelly could not have been more helpful, kind or caring- she is an excellent host!!! This is a small family run hotel that has been there for decades and we all really liked it. It is not fancy in any way, but it is a great place to stay. There is an adorable small three foot pool that was built for Kelly when she was a child and it provides a refreshing cool dip. They also have horses and horseback riding. We would definitely stay again with Kelly and Penny. Take away breakfast is minimal and in a small room, but was appreciated with fruit, toast & juice. We were very happy with our stay!"
