« We've stayed at this resort many times as it is halfway between our winter home and our summer home. We love the golf and it's a great, well integrated place to stay. Unfortunately, for this stay, our room did not get any service for a two-night stay. (Getting into an unmade bed and not having refreshed towels felt odd.). Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel rarely disappoints, but this time did not meet our expectations. »

« Was disappointed when we got to the hotel and found out the pool was closed. Also, breakfast selection was small. Waffle maker wasn't working. Beds were very uncomfortable. Light was broken in the room, why repair when you can just zip tie it. »

« L'hôtel est très propre. Le check-in a été rapide même si nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin. L'hôtel offre un snack et des biscuits à l'heure du souper. Vous êtes mieux d'arriver à temps si vous voulez des biscuits, ils partent rapidement!! Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le bureau de travail est bien organisé dans les chambres pour ceux qui doivent travailler. Le seul inconvénient, mon collègue a dû quitter une journée plus tôt et comme nous avons réservé sur Hôtel.com, ce n'était...

« Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. ...
