A 79.8 sqm condominium unit and it’s a walking distance to Ayala Center Cebu.  
Near in IT Park in Lahug.  
A 10-15 minutes ride going to sto niño church.  
A very quiet condominium located in molave st.  
The masters bedroom is facing with the beuty of the street.  
We have elevators for the guest ,swimming pool located in the ground floor gym is located in the 3rd floor of the building also with the business lounge.
