Property is in great condition. I would say it’s located further south so it can be a bit of a walk if you don’t like walking, but they have bike rentals to make it more convenient. There is a restaurant (Elbas) right around the corner that was AMAZING. I would definitely reccomend this property.

The Dream Cabanas was a nice small place very close to everything but just far away to allow for quiet restful nights. The office lady (forgot her name) was very helpful with good local suggestions.

My wife and I traveled to Caye Caulker for 5 days. Dream Cabanas was a wonderful place to stay while in Caye Caulker. The room was large enough for the both of us. It had AC and a fan for when the weather got hot. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great for the both of us. The room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator which was very useful. I really enjoyed the layout outside of the rooms. It has a jungle vibe to it. Each room has a porch with chairs where I sat every morning and had coffee. This is also a gated area, where you need a key to get into the hotels, which made us feel even more safe. The staff was the best part of the place. Extremely friendly and sociable. They helped us with setting up taxis to the airport from Belize City. They were always very helpful and accommodating. The location is very nice. It is a short walk to the main roads. It is not located on the crowded streets, which made it more peaceful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Millie, the property manager was wonderfully kind and helpful. The info book in the rooms were helpful. The room was clean and have everything we needed. Very pretty outside with nice lighting and garden well cared for. I like the location as I have visited before and know the main road can get a little noisy with nightlife so this was perfect for us. Also appreciated all the info sent to us when making a booking. Thank you for a perfect experience!

Felt safe. Host was friendly. Clean. Small fee to use bicycles (I think bicycle use should be included in the price), Clean water refill during office hours only, They clean room every day. Caye caulker island feels very safe especially when riding a bike around. I will be coming back and staying here again. Note: you are a 10 minute walk from main street.

This was a great stay in Belize as a solo traveler. The extra feature of a keyed safety gate upon entry to the property makes this place such a safe option. Rooms are small but perfect for one or two people and very clean. Milly is a perfect host, greeting upon arrival and explaining everything from keys to wifi and additional phone numbers and points of interest. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay on Caye Caulker
We had an amazing stay at this little hotel on Caye Caulker. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room is fairly basic, but comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy, clean, and comfortable cabanas. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. Location is a little far from the Split, but still walkable (or you can rent a bike). The AC is fantastic — new, super quiet, and fully adjustable!

Relaxed and secluded
The hotel was small with minimal amenities, but nice and secluded. It was about a 10 minute walk or five minute bike ride to the beach. Caye Caulker is very relaxed and slow, so this property was good. There are neighbors around and at times I heard babies crying or people working and/or talking whike I was in my room, but it didnt bother me. Staff is kind.

Clean, updated and everything you need.
Very clean and secure. We like to walk so it was not a big deal it was farther from the split but plenty of food and drinks around. Fence around with locked gate made it feel and appears to be very secure. I don’t think the island has much of any security issues.

Good time in Caye Caulker
These rooms were close to everything. The island is a nice version of San Pedro that is a little quieter and slower. They do have the night life and things to do. The room was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The hostess was great. Any questions that my husband and I had were answered. Anything we needed she took care of it. I would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again!
Cute place with nice little patios. Walls are a little thin but people aren't loud. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and ferry, but far enough to not be bothered. Lovely. Wifi was fine, no problems streaming. Millye was great

The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. It was a nice bonus that they held our luggage for the day while we spent our last day on the island. Felt safe and rooms were clean and comfortable!!

Aircon and fan!!
Rooms have both aircon and a fan so you will be able to stay cool. Our room was next to some neighbours and a park so it got super loud with music a few times but was otherwise good. You get a refill of a water jug everyday. Very nice people and out of the main part of town (5 mins walk)

Impeccably clean, comfy bed, newer place very well maintained, secure with locked gate. No TV but WiFi is good. But the real treasure is the manager, Millie, who does everything possible for your comfortable stay including great recommendations for eating and activities. Not near beach and no pool hot tub or kitchens, but coffee maker and very quiet neighborhood. Big porch, beautiful courtyard. Also, they can arrange for a friend, Rob, to pick you up at the airport and take you to the water taxi. He’s highly reliable and won’t cheat you. He also does tours to the ruins, etc., at very fair prices. The guides he works with are outstanding. Couldn’t recommend Millie and Rob more.

Check in was a breeze. David and Claudia were wonderful hosts. Cabana was away from main village but close to good food and coffee. Room was as expected in Belize and comfortable.

Great and friendly staff, yet overpriced for what it is: namely a bed, a shower and ac. Also during the two night stay the room was not cleaned.

Thank you for your review .Our room cleaning is made every 2 days and in our room you can find : a Queen size bed ,a wardrobe , a fridge with fresh water , a fan and AC , a shelf and a chair . The bad room has a big shower ,handsoap, and 6 fresh towels every two days .If you request you can have also a kettle , an iron and a hairdryer .Outside the room you also have a porch with 2 chairs .

Fantastic stay.
Was a relaxing stay. If they had a microwave that would be great as well as a little stove top grill to heat water or something. But the manager was awesome!!!!!

Alles wat nieuw, netjes en schoon. De cabanas waren simpel maar bevatten alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede douche, fijn bed, koelkast , koffie en thee beschikbaar. En een fijn zitje voor de cabana. Zeker als je kijkt naar alle andere overprijste accommodaties op Caye Caulker was hier de prijs/kwaliteit goed. En de eigenaresse was heel aardigen behulpzaam
