Fully air-conditioned, the first floor features a spacious, sun-filled living room and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace and pool, as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a half-bath.
Upstairs, there are two 25-square-meter suites, each with its own bathroom, toilet, and walk-in closet.

Outside, a superb swimming pool (10 m × 3 m, south-facing) is just waiting for you! All around, you’ll find lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area, umbrellas, a ping-pong table, and a bocce court.
