The resort is in a great location, cabins are amazing and La Vista Restaurant & Grill will blow you away with their selections. Overall our stay was great! There were a few things I didn’t like and that were No T.V. and No Wifi in the cabin. It was supposedly offered and available when I made my reservation but when we got to the resort reception told us they had removed the T.V’s due to Covid?! Also one of the AC in our unit was broken. It did not cool at all, luckily the other AC worked. The restaurant on the hill eith the view did not work. They wanted us to pay extra for a kayak rental ($5 for 30mins!!!) while all the surrounding properties charge a daily beach access that covers a lot of things including kayaks for like $6-7.The stuff at the reception did not know or were not helpfull with the information about the region. They advertise diving in the lake on their web site but when we asked the guy at the reception it was like news to him that there is diving in the lake and he was not helpful. Their map shows some hiking trails but whwn we asked them for more information again they just said that there is no trail. The included breakfast quality was below average. Rooms with lake views are fantastic. 3 food options in the resort all good quality if quite basic. A great value holiday hotel. The restaurants are expensive and there are not many other options close to the resort.
