"Room was clean, staff was excellent, continental breakfast was good. The room needed more places to hang towels in bathroom, bed was up in loft and bathroom on bottom floor so a little inconvenient. Close walking distance to many attractions however not the nicest part of town, felt somewhat unsafe around hotel area at night."

"A warm welcome from the amazingly helpful Roberta. Upgraded to a suite - v comfortable, excellent bed, and once I turned off the intrusive a/c a good night's sleep. Great breakfast, excellent coffee. A wonderful location too -- right where you want to be, and excellenr, affordable restos nearby. Just 15-20 mins from airport and amazingly helpful, thoughtful front desk. Don't rush off from the airport - spend a couple of days here getting to know Catania first."

"Overall experience was very good. The suite was unusually decorated, large and clean. It was at the front of the hotel and there was some residual noise from the street. AC was good and housekeeping was efficient. It’s in a good location for Via Etna, Piazza Duomo and other spots and very close to a host of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to interact with them. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not in keeping with the style or ‘sense’ of the hotel. The restaurant struggled to keep with the demand of a lot of guests having breakfast at the same time. There was very little information about the services in the hotel. Nothing in the room or advertised around the hotel. The gym was very small."
