Kitchen surfaces only cleaned where 'bare'- underneath appliances, filthy. Bedding underproduction filthy and stained. Bedding sheets old and threadbare with bobbling. Electrical connection appear not to have been PAT Tested - multiple appliances plugged to extension leads. Outside area steps very dangerous - do not meet HSE at all. Parking for larger 4WD vehicle meaning car door restricted opening onto grass bank. Serious attention needed to meet Safety Standards. As the friend of David, I had a serious fall from the staircase which resulted in being airlifted to Stornoway Hospital and immediate Surgery.
