"First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2. Bathrooms was smelling so bad i let reception know about it they said we're too busy no time doing proper cleaning 3. They didn't do change bed sheets and we they didn't cleaning our rooms they just got us...

I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for."
