The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were spotless. The spa, sauna, and hot tub were amazing after a long hike. Free breakfast was amazing. The dinner menu fed everyone and met their needs. Most importantly, yoshi was a champ!

Hotel was in a convenient location, and recently renovated. Our only issues were the lack of a mini fridge and no A/C unit, for the latter, they expect you to leave your balcony door open, which also means you’re subject to the balcony light and defeats the purpose of the black out curtains.

Really enjoyed staying here! The location was perfect with an easy walk into town, to the gondola, really everything. Staff was always helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if in Ortisei.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cosmea. The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the Seceda lift and into the center of Ortisei, so we barely needed our car during our stay. Having parking right at the hotel was convenient when we did need it. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the river and the town. The bed was fairly firm, which many people appreciate, and the soaker bathtub was amazing after long days of hiking in the mountains. Breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of variety, and we especially loved the fresh juicing station. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and both the steak and gnocchi were fantastic. What really made the stay special, though, were the owners. They are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and it’s obvious how much they care about the hotel and their guests. You can tell they work very hard and take a lot of pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a great home base in Ortisei, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Cosmea.

Wonderful property. Staff was very kind, considerate, & helpful. The restaurant is a definite find. So delicious! Our favorite way to watch the sunset was on the rooftop patio with drinks in our hands.

The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again!

Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the hotel but there is a free one nearby. Parking is available. A few issues I had: no airconditioning in the room, some days were okay since it was tolerable with the doors and windows open. Some bees and flies came in the room but not too bad. They stated that the heat is not usual here. The amenities is lacking such as no tissue, toilet paper is rough, no robe, no slippers. The shampoo/hand soap in one is a inconvenient. There is only one so when you shower you have to get it from the sink. There no hair conditioner. No minibar but there is a vending machine at the front of tge hotel. Food is not allowed in the room but we were allowed drinks as long as they are not dark in color since the carpet is new. Again, customer service was superb. Everyone was awesome. They gave us a small gift which was really sweet.

Excelente ubicación estábamos solo a minutos de casi todos los funiculares. Todo el staff muy amable y atento. El hotel muy bonito remodelado y muy moderno. Solo que las habitaciones no tienen aire pero con abrir las persianas entra buena ventilación. Muy acogedor nos encantó.
