The property was clean, accessible and well maintained. The staff were friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Although the property is a wee distance from the town, the regular free shuttle bus into town was very handy and helpful meaning there was no limitation or cost to getting into town and beyond.

I travel a lot, and I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel—from the front office to the kitchen and every server—were absolutely phenomenal\. Everyone was kind, helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for\.
Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they took the time to find the answer and help us in every way they could\. Their hospitality truly made our stay special\.
The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and in a very convenient location\. If I could give this hotel six stars, I absolutely would\!

This was our first time visiting Sorrento, and I must say this hotel is spectacular! The staff were incredible, the bed was very comfortable, the room was awesome.
Breakfast is delicious. It’s a short walk to the little town.
I cannot wait to return, highly recommended.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing service and staff! Easily the nicest and most helpful staff we have had so far. The cleaning services are amazing, they even cleaned our room in the time it took us to eat dinner, and we didn’t ask which was such a great surprise the first night! The view from the balcony’s is one of the best as well. 10/10 would stay again!!
