You will be staying in a 648 sq. ft. unit which includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with full bunk beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room area that contains a couch, and a back deck that includes a patio table with chairs and a gas grill. Parking in front of property for three cars and fire pit. Complimentary internet and Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities and Golf Cart rentals are also available through the Point Sebago.

Cancelation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

New Point Sebago Policy - Point Sebago will now be charging 10.00$ per person per day. This is a separate charge that goes to PS when the welcome packet is filled out.
