"I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District. It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. "We had an overall very positive experience staying at this hotel. The property itself was nice and generally clean. Housekeeping did a great job with daily service, including making the beds and tidying up the room. That said, there were a few small details that could be improved, such as empty bottles occasionally being left on the patio areas. Breakfast was simple but good, and it was a nice way to start the day. One minor inconvenience was that getting extra towels sometimes took a bit of time, especially during busier periods. The location was definitely a highlight. Being situated in the Old Town area made it incredibly easy to walk around and explore, and we found the people in the area to be very friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of drawbacks worth noting. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal, and on a few nights it was quite loud outside. Since opening the windows lets in a lot of noise, it made sleeping a bit challenging at times. Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 4 out of 5 for Quito. With just a few improvements, it could easily be even better."

Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The arranged for an airport pick-up for us and also an early morning ride to the airport when we were leaving.
