My sister-in-law who has elderly parents, was overjoyed to see this condo and will be having here parents stay at Watermark on their future visits. We needed to call the management for the code after disturbing the renters in unit A. This caused us to move in later then the check in time. This caused great confusion. This property was excellent. It was clean, well furnished, well maintained and close to the main street in Carpinteria. We would definitely come back! We loved being able to walk everywhere (beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery). The property owner was quick to respond (although could not do much as the problem was with the internet provider) when we asked a question/had an issue. That said, this property uses cox internet and during our 5 day stay, the internet was out about 50% of the time. If you are staying at this property, and need the internet because you are working "remotely", make plans for a wifi hotspot or to use your phone as a wifi hotspot. I am not sure what internet options are available for this property but the cox internet was very poor (yes even did modem/router reboots). ##### Chris J. Séjour de 5 nuits en juin 2023
