EMAIL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND I WILL SEND AN OFFER Unit C is a two bedroom, one bath, 2nd floor condo. It is 900 square feet. It has a nice open living dining area. We have a full kitchen with all the necessary cooking things and a washer/dryer. Unit C has a downstairs patio with a BBQ and a lovely little porch upstairs. There is a garage for parking and storing beach items. Our place is comfortable and cute without fancy things to worry about. Short walk to the beach and into town. We were glad to me on the second floor. The porch was our happy spot! The gentle breezes on a sunny day were simply lovely. Jun 10, 2015 #### Jenna I stayed for the past year at this unit and had just the best time. The unit was the perfect size, with two bedrooms and a couch that pulled out into a bed in the living room. It was walking distance from the beach as well as Linden street which contained grocery stores, restaurants, and many other cute stores!! I loved living here and if anyone is on the fence about choosing this unit or not I would say GO FOR IT!!
