We really enjoyed our stay. The whole house was perfect for our family. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room were great for family gatherings. And the elevator was perfect for bringing all of our food and snacks up to the kitchen on the top floor. The beach was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the backyard and patio. We grilled and played shuffleboard. Lots of fun can be had at the beach house without going anywhere.

Ideal Location and Layout - We will be Back!

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach, and Seaside Splendor was the perfect home base for our trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, close to golf cart rentals, shopping, and still tucked away in a quiet area. The home itself was spacious, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop views were a bonus! The only small downside was crowded street parking—especially when our neighbors were hosting an event, which made the street a bit busy. Still, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We’d love to stay again!

The property was as nice as expected, we visited last year in January and was very excited to be able to book again, this trip was design for my granddaughters get together, the property did not disappoint. Plenty room for everyone to be comfortable. The rooftop view is one of the favorite spots for the girls to be!

Amazing property

We all loved the property so much. We all had our own bathroom in our bedroom which was super comfortable. But our favorite spots were the big kitchen (we had 3 chefs under the roof) and the rooftop. And on beach days it was so quick & easy to walk back to the house for anything we needed. We brought much for meals so having the elevator to take it all up to the 4th floor made life a breeze. Our guests truly loved the home and we thank you for making it available. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. We hope to return and do it again.

First time at Carolina Beach

This place was awesome! 4 adults and each of us had our own floor! Two bedrooms each floor with bathrooms was perfect! We’re older married couples and love our space! Our morning coffee on the rooftop was amazing, a little breezy in March but amazing! The kitchen had everything you need and then some!great location and so close to the beach and all the things!!

Lovely Property!!

My family’s decision to stay at Seaside Splendor and have one last hurrah before the kiddos went back to school was a great one. The property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we pulled up to the property and walked in the door, we were impressed. It was clean and very tastefully furnished. The rooftop views are amazing. It’s proximity to the beach was a huge plus. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The host, Peter was very responsive to our inquiries which we appreciated. Wonderful stay!

Our family—two couples and four tweens/teens—enjoyed the perfect visit to Carolina Beach. Seaside Splendor was a quick and easy walk to everything we needed. We spent early mornings and evenings enjoying peekaboo ocean views from the rooftop. The house was perfectly sized for family dinners and game nights, while also offering well-appointed porches for quiet time away from our kids.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and it could not have been better. The home is beautiful and very clean and has everything you will need for your beach vacation. Location is excellent and a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to any requests we had. The rooftop deck is amazing! The elevator is a wonderful addition to help with the steps. Hidden Gem

Me and my family had such a great experience at this beautiful property. You are steps from the ocean with easy beach access and also very close to local restaurants. The area was perfect and quiet for us to relax. The host was responsive and accommodating, the house was clean with lots of features and the view from the deck was gorgeous at sunset. I am so happy we booked here and cannot wait to book again in the future!
