    We've dubbed our Condo "Chillaxing" stemming from the feeling of chilling on the front deck relaxing with a cold drink in hand oceanfront. This condo has been fully renovated that includes spacious living quarters and has enough room for 7 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has been decorated with comfort and class in mind. Each bedroom has a deck, with the master facing the ocean and the guest bedroom deck having a view of the canal. The condo features flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix included), and newly updated appliances and hardwoods throughout.

    Not only will you be beach front but for those times when its just too warm to be on the beach you can cool off in the pool.

    The Carolina Beach boardwalk is only a few minutes walk away yet far enough that the only sounds you hear at night are the ocean waves.

    If you enjoy music there are restaurant/bars with live music within walking distance.

    So come Chillax at our place!

Great location and nice place. Right on the beach and walking distance from boardwalk. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and had everything we could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be staying there again.

Everything was great from start to finish. Very clean, great location, etc. Parking can be tough in a larger vehicle and the planned Map is not as easy as they make it seem. Everyone is accommodating throughout.

Perfect family getaway!

We had a great time for our family vacation! I appreciated the easy communication with emails prior to stay that gave us the parking and check-in info ahead of time, and host was quick to respond to questions. The property was as pictured and clean on our arrival. I loved the large porch and the sunrise was just breathtaking to see from our view! Our kids LOVED the "upgraded" bunk beds (ha!) and all the beds were very comfortable! Location was great! Right next to beach access made it so easy to get 3 littles and all the beach gear set up, and if we did forget anything we could just pop back up to the condo! Several restaurants very quick walk, and boardwalk was quick walk and lots of entertainment for all ages. We also enjoyed the aquarium, battleship in Wilmington, and ferry. Would love to stay again!

Tropical storm

We flew in during a tropical storm and were unable to physically access our unit. The police had closed the bridge due to terrible flooding. Jorge was very communicative and rebated our cost when we realized we would not be able to access the property or the beach/boardwalk. He was a pleasure to deal with and we definitely would book with him again!

Some missing parts

Lovely view, great distance from the beach, great location. Bathrooms could use an updating. The dowers were we ran out of toilet paper and had to share between two bathrooms. The rolls left were half gone and a half of a roll of papertowels. Also a mouse trap was left visible in the lazy Susan with a reese cup. Which was alarming. I appreciate that the owner allowed us to check In early. That was very kind. Our check out morning we went to the beach until 10:30 am and came back to quickly change and leave . Unfortunately the automatic key system locked us out a half hour early. It would not take my new code or the original code. My husband had to make friends with our neighbors to the left to climb over the balconies to ours to unlock the door so we could get our belongings.

Perfect location and Host

Great Location, Wonderful Host! Pros: Location! Spacious! Porch! The view! The pool! the additional pull out sleepers in the living room. Clean! Very short walk to beach. Supplied linens and bath towels/wash rags. Nicely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Cons: not many. The Parking is terrible . There are plenty of spaces , however. 3 cars to a bay means someone is always blocked in. We were out 3 different times and called to move our vehicle. Makes it frustrating and hard to enjoy the area when u are afraid to go far because of this. I feel had someone mentioned this in a review , i probably would have done a different rental. We had a great week in spite of it. But would have liked to be made aware of that aspect. If you are traveling with only one vehicle, by all means, this place has it all and is perfect! The host was wonderful and did check in with us. The porch is great but would definitely benefit with a tall table and chairs for outside dining. Overall it is a solid 4 star place to stay.
