King Beds! Welcome to Carolina Dream! • Private 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, end unit townhome in Carolina Beach • Just a 5 minute walk to the public beach access! Located a few houses behind Squigley’s Ice Cream & Treats. • Newly updated kitchen, cute front porch with benches The Space • Full kitchen with dishes and pots & pans • Well stocked with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and washer/dryer) • Coffee bar with 12 cup coffee pot and French press • Both bedrooms include a king size bed with highly rated 12” Zinus memory foam mattress • First bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, & living area are on the main level • Second bedroom and half bathroom (with washer/dryer) are upstairs • High-speed WiFi • Smart Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom. • Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired. • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee. • Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock • Please park in the 2 assigned parking spaces located directly below Unit D (Dune Alright). Each space measures 10 feet wide, 21 feet deep, and has a height of 7 ft 6 inches. Your vehicle MUST fit within these dimensions because there is no other parking available. • No more than 2 vehicles are permitted to park on the property. • Do not block the driveway or park in any spaces assigned to the adjoining townhomes (Units A, B, & C), or you could be towed. • The yard behind this property is not this property’s backyard. That yard belongs to the purple house adjacent to this property, so please stay out of the yard (including pets). • All visitors must be approved by host. • Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low. • We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided. • We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs. • Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement. Pet Fee: • Please message us for pet approval prior to booking. • Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout. • Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay. • Limit is 3 dogs; no other animals permitted. • Must pick up all droppings from pet(s). • Dogs must be fully housebroken. • Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens. House Rules: • NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment. • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances. • Visitors must be approved by the host. • Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards. • Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. Due to the hurricane we were stuck inside and the owners wouldn’t budge on policy and refund any monies back. So since we were stuck inside we had time to notice spider webs in the bathroom light fixtures, trash cans with several weeks of trash in it, no poop bags in poop bag dispenser as promised, empty plastic bottle under sofa, most uncomfortable sofa ever sat on, dryer taken several cycles to dry one load of clothes, cooking pans outdated and unclean, one glass with a severe stress crack in it, we were afraid to use it, chipped coffee cups, stale coffee, deck smelled like piss, mattress in downstairs bedroom had a stain on it when removed bed clothes as requested and kind of filthy. I know they have a policy of no refunds after a point, but with the condition we stayed in and having to leave early in dangerous conditions, they have the authority to have mercy and at least give a partial refund. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family. We love Carolina Beach and this experience almost ruined it for us to where we were saying that we would never come back. I believe we will come back someday but definitely stay with a more professional organization. The people we met in CB were awesome ! We loved the shopping, the boardwalk until we kept getting rained out. We tried twice and got stuck in the rain twice and had to literally fight our way home, walking under an umbrella. ##### Karen S. We felt welcome immediately. They thought of everything. Proximity to the beach was a less than 5 minute walk, easy with a wagon to haul all the things. We tried several of Joe & Michelle’s restaurant recommendations and enjoyed them all! Would recommend adding SeaSpur to the list as well :) ##### Susan M. We have been wanting to find a spot for an annual vacation at Carolina Beach, and even with our growing family, I think we found just that. The location was walking distance from the beach, but still away from the noise of the boardwalk at night (which is what we preferred). Looking forward to future vacations here! ##### Danielle M.
