You will love the look and feel of this beautiful home! It is the kind of ocean front home you've dreamed about renting at the beach. Come and enjoy what we have to offer and you'll want to return year after year. A beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away with your own private beach access! If you're an early bird you can enjoy your coffee on the seaside deck and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. With large sliding glass doors all across the ocean side of the home spanning both the kitchen and living room, you'll have a great view of the waves. The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen Smart TV and cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need - just bring your food. The dining room seats six and the large kitchen island seats four. The primary bedroom has a brand-new queen mattress and box spring and a flat screen Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a brand-new queen mattress and box spring and a Smart TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a large dresser. Downstairs is a separate living area with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and full bath. It can be accessed by an internal staircase or from the outside. The living room has a large wall mounted smart TV, and a new pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an island, coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the full bath has a stall shower. There are sliders out onto the ground floor patio where a charcoal grill is located. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience located in the garage. Sol Shine has a one car garage and parking for up to four cars. Walk directly from your deck to the beach on your own private beach walkway with outdoor shower! We hire only the best cleaners and stock a good supply of household items so you don't have to worry about anything when you arrive. Come to the beach and relax at Sol Shine! We are a 2-minute walk the Tiki Bar and Ocean Grill restaurant. Enjoy their live bands during the summer, tropical drinks and delicious seafood all year long. We are only a short distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Britt's Donuts, Fentoni's Pizza, and the summer carnival rides and fireworks! Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking property. You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets. W charge a $225\. non-refundable dog fee. It’s nice to be in a rental and not feel paranoid about having a dog.It was a bit chilly while we were there, but that didn’t matter because there’s a great view of the ocean from the living room! On days when it was a little warmer, we loved sitting out on the deck and the easy access to the beach. We used the downstairs studio for a younger couple in our family. This worked out perfectly for us, but the 2 floors are a little more separate than we had imagined. I highly recommend this house at Carolina Beach! The charcoal grill downstairs was great to have. It is a great location, close to stores and restaurants. We always look forward to the fireworks and boardwalk for the kids. We love having the extra rooms downstairs for privacy for some family members. House is well equipped with enough seating, kitchen supplies, linens, and board games and puzzles. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (all adults) had a wonderful vacation at Sol Shine a few weeks ago! We loved being able to bring our dogs! The location was fantastic; we could walk to bars and restaurants, and of course, the Tiki Bar right on the beach is just steps from our house. There's an ice cream place just across the street, too. The Property Mgt company was great. I realized when I got home that I had left some bathing suits hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and they mailed them to me. The indoor and porch space was perfect for us, although there was not enough outdoor seating for everyone. The view is incredible, so we didn't mind standing up out there to hang out. We also appreciated having a second refrigerator in the garage as well as a nice washing machine and dryer. A few things to note:1\. The spiral staircase is in a hot, creepy stairwell that leads from the upstairs to the garage. If going to the downstairs apartment from inside, you go down that spiral staircase that leads to the garage, then walk through the garage to get to the downstairs apartment. We LOVED the apartment, but we always used the outside stairs to go back and forth--even when it was raining. (Side note: we have a spiral staircase in our home and were not phased when we read about one being in this house, but this one is the tiniest one we've ever seen.)2\. We had 8 people and there were only 7 forks. We washed dishes a lot.3\. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas, so bring your own.4\. The bunk beds are very uncomfortable. They may be comfy for small kids but not for adults. The other beds were all very comfortable, though.It was our first time visiting Carolina Beach, and we loved it! We'd definitely come back, and we'd stay at Sol Shine again, too! ##### Hanna S. The house is very accommodating for multiple actives happening simultaneously.
