Ideally located in Carnac, between the town and the beach, this residence with a heated swimming pool and a secure private parking offers a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. This comfortable, fully renovated apartment is a peaceful pied-à-terre, ideal for a stay as a couple or with family while discovering the region.   
  
Located in the Le Domaine des Tadornes residence in Carnac, 1 km from the yacht club, the Grande Plage and Légenèse beach. The beach centre of the resort and its shops are 1300 m away. The Thalasso tennis courts are located 500 m away. The nearest supermarket is 800 m away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.   
  
Duplex apartment of approximately 52 m², completely renovated, located on the first floor of a residence without a lift with secure private parking. It comprises:   
  
On the ground floor:   
  
\-Entrance with storage cupboards;   
  
\-Living room with sofa, armchairs, flat-screen television, table and chairs for 4 people;   
  
\-Fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area: large refrigerator with freezer (3 compartments), dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, wine cooler;   
  
\-Separate toilet;   
  
Balcony without overlooking neighbours of approximately 10m², facing full south, with garden furniture and awning.   
  
On the 2nd floor:   
  
\- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin unit;   
  
\- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140 cm, television, storage cupboard;   
  
\- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 140 cm, chest of drawers   
  
Accommodation capacity of the apartment: 4 people maximum

#### Herausragendes Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes, bis in das kleinste Detail liebevoll durchgestyltes Appartement auf zwei Ebenen mit großem Balkon Markise und unverstellter Aussicht in täglich gepflegter, abgeschlossener Gesamtanlage mit großem Pool. Perfekt ausgestattete, neue Küche mit Weinkühler.Leider nur ein einziges, 0,8 m2 großes Mini-WC ohne Handwaschbecken im Untergeschoss, Bad ohne WC im Obergeschoss mit den Schlafzimmern. WLAN verfügbar, Erstanmeldung aber sehr kompliziert und nur teilweise möglich bzw. sehr instabil. Bei anderem Technikproblem schnelle und freundliche Abhilfe durch die Wohnungsverwaltungsagentur.Carnac und Umgebung mit wunderschönen Stränden, Wochenmärkten und einzigartigen Welterbe-Kulturgütern (Menhir-Felder).Wie kommen gerne wieder!
