Nestled at the western end of Carnac, the Saint-Colomban district is a discreet gem that charms with its authenticity and tranquillity. Apartment with sea view, located on the 1st floor, 50 m from Saint-Colomban beach. The village is 2.5 km away, the Beach Centre, its shops and services, and the Yacht Club are approximately 2 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away. Spacious 60 sq m apartment, offering a pleasant sea view. Long balcony from which to enjoy the view of Quiberon Bay. Entrance with clearance.
