Residence "Port An Dro", 4 storeys, surrounded by trees. In the resort, 100 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. For shared use: park (fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking. Shop 100 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac", thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur". Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, sailing school 300 m, riding stable 4 km. Nearby attractions: La Trinité sur Mer 6 km, La Presqu'Ile de Quiberon 14 km, Alignements de Carnac 3 km, Auray 18 km, Vannes 33 km, Lorient 52 km. Hiking paths: le Golfe du Morbihan.
1-room studio 26 m2 on 4th floor. Fully renovated in 2021, very comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Bord de l’océan, verdure et goélands

L’APPARTEMENT EN LUI-MÊME EST TRÈS FONCTIONNEL ( cuisine en particulier ) AVEC UNE LITERIE CONFORTABLE ET SUFFISAMMENT D’ESPACES DE RANGEMENTS ; l’îlot de verdure, très près de l’océan, dans lequel il est situé est fort plaisant ! Mais cet endroit ( tout près du port ) est aussi l’habitat privilégié des goélands ! Et ce voisinage peut s’avérer être une nuisance sonore ainsi qu’une nuisance sanitaire ! Ce qui explique le " moyen " ci-dessus
