Rare double Cul de Sac location provides unsurpassed peace and relaxation at the beach! There are ocean views from nearly every room! Huge unparalleled 'sky deck' with forever ocean views! The deck has comfy outdoor furniture and a natural gas fire table and grill. Inside there are European commercial appliances, a natural gas fireplace, high efficiency forced air heating and air conditioning, 55' Smart TV and super-fast, reliable high speed internet access. There is no carpeting in this unit -- just luxurious stonework and porcelain floors. The residence is fully furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. We provide all linens and beach towels. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Boogie Boards, sand toys, and 2 beach cruisers. I would have done 5 stars, but there somehow was a mixup and we actually reserved the two bedroom suite, which was cheaper, but then somehow it got switched and we paid more for the three-bedroom. The 3-bedroom was amazing, but would have liked to save a little bit more. We loved how close it was to the beach and LEGOLAND and even were totally fine spending a whole day in the house during a rainy day with all of its available entertainment. My kids loved the classic Arcade machines, the unlimited credits, the bonus attic, and the shuffle board! The adults enjoyed the views, the deck, the Smart TV, the board games, the Pinball machines, the in-unit Washer/Dryer, the Heater and A/C, the kitchen, and the large showers including the outside shower to clean off the sand before coming into the house!
