The floor in the bathroom was dirty and there were stains on the toilet seat. There was a sign that mentioned cleaning rags at the front desk, but the bathroom should have already been clean! The shower overhead looked terrible so didn't even use the shower! There was a huge boulder of an ice chunk in the parking entrance. No pen in the room. Why analog TV channels, why not digital? Did not like the sunlight coming in the windows. Although there was no official airport transportation, the hotel went above and beyond by picking her up at no extra chargeā€”really appreciated! We ended up extending her stay by a couple of nights. The breakfast options were good, and overall, her stay was very comfortable. Very friendly and fast. Reservation was for 2 queen beds; however, believe the beds were full size not queen. Went to desk to check out and had to speak through intercom and was not impressed. Breakfast was good. Although juice machine wasnā€™t working and they didnā€™t have any other juice.
