The staff showed excellent customer service. I felt very welcomed they tended to all my needs. It was a lovely relaxing stay I would highly recommend it. The only thing I would suggest is you do have to pay for parking, but that is not listed in Expedia or other apps. It needs to be specified that it is not free parking.

Excellent customer service. Pool area is clean and well maintained. Great location and easy access. Breakfast was well maintained and parking great! Mini fridges don’t cool very well— but we managed and it was a great experience overall for the price!

The room was very clean and well cared for her and the staff did a really great job every day to maintain it. The front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast staff was excellent. They were thoughtful carrying and provided a really good variety of breakfast foods. Parking was easy and we especially like the easy on off the freeway for traveling towards San Diego or going across the freeway to the beach overall, we really really enjoyed this hotel and it’s staff

one of the best and most efficient check in experiences of my life, wonderful front desk staff member. this hotel, though is grievously overpriced. the lobby and hallways smelled strongly of mildew and the tub was rather worn. there were many minuscule ambulatory gnat-like bugs in my room, which was alarming and disappointing but not the worst thing. i killed about 5 of them and they just kept reappearing. it’s hard to find an affordable, well-maintained hotel in these parts, but i would have felt more respected if this one was more in the $120 range. other than that, nice stay, noisey cleaning in the morning, but really kind staff, comfy beds. nice parking lot.
