Il est dans un coin très calme.Il est très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région.L'hôte est discret et efficace, il parle très bien anglais. Sa grand-mère qui habite au dessus est très discrète et sympathique.Côté points négatifs:la clim est constituée de 2 blocs mobiles qui sont moyennent efficaces et extrêmement bruyants (pas moyen de les laisser en route la nuit tellement ils sont bruyants)."
