We stayed in this house in 2010 and upkeep just hasn't happened. The AC for the upstairs master bedroom is NON-EXISTANT. The house is INFESTED with ants, especially the kitchen area, and main living area. Rotted boards throughout the pool area creating dangerous conditions to families like ours with children. I get it, it is a beach house so there will be some issues that just don't get attended to, however it really comes across to the guests that the owners/managers just do not care about the condition. ##### Cameron R. The property management company on the other hand was terrible. We had issues with the golf cart not working, it would not break and would stop accelerating. Very dangerous. North Captiva island club, wanted us to spend extra money to upgrade. I found this to be ridiculous. We had a few other issues and they wouldn’t return our calls. We’ve been to the island before, stayed on a non North Captiva island club property and had a wonderful experience. Next trip back, I know to rent from a private owner or another club. ##### Kim B.
